Kirby Links Policies
1. Raincheck Policy
In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, rainchecks will be issued at the discretion of management depending on how many holes have been played. No cash refunds will be given.
2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows will result in the full booking fee being charged to the credit card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in a suspension of booking privileges.
3. Damage to Greens Policy
Intentional damage to the greens caused by negligence is considered vandalism and will result in a $500 damage fee charged to the credit card on file for the tee time booking and may result in potential legal action. Guests are expected to repair ball marks and divots to maintain course quality.
4. Range Ball Theft Policy
Range balls are strictly for on-site use only. Removing range balls from the property is considered theft and will result in a Lifetime Ban and potential legal action. Kirby Links staff regularly monitor and enforce this policy.
5. Outside Coaching and Instruction Policy
Golf instructors or coaches who are not affiliated with the Kirby Links Academy are permitted to provide lessons only on weekdays before 3:00 PM. All students receiving instruction must purchase a Large bucket of range balls prior to their lesson. Solicitation of customers on the property is strictly prohibited, if approached we expect you to direct them to the pro shop. To receive approval and authorization to teach at Kirby Links, instructors must email [email protected] in advance for confirmation.
6. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to uphold a high standard of sportsmanship, respect, and etiquette toward fellow players, staff, and the course. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or failure to follow course rules may result in removal from the premises without a refund. Kirby Links reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who violate these standards.
7. Safety Protocols
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. Players must adhere to all posted safety guidelines, including maintaining safe distances from others on the driving range and golf course. Also using safe practices such as “YELLING FOUR” if your ball is hit towards other players is strongly encouraged. Use of equipment in an unsafe manner may result in removal from the facility. In case of an emergency, please report immediately to a staff member.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facility, other golfers and any damage caused by errant shots.
