Education: High School
Experience: Entry Level, Golf industry experience preferred
Pro Shop Duties include:
- Ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Shop, opening and closing duties
- Properly managing Booking Software
- Ensure exceptional customer service to provide a great golf experience
- Guest check in, sales and point of sale operation
- Ensuring pace of play enforcement
- Golf Shop merchandising, displays and upkeep
- Working effectively with team members in all departments
- Other duties as assigned
- Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols
Driving Range Duties include:
- Driving range set up and closing
- Picking range balls, cleaning and stocking ball dispenser
- Driving range turf maintenance
- Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the range/staff areas
- Providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries
- Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols
- Other duties as assigned.
