Type: Pro Shop Staff / Range Staff / Turf Maintenance

Education: High School
Experience: Entry Level, Golf industry experience preferred

Pro Shop Duties include:

  • Ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Shop, opening and closing duties
  • Properly managing Booking Software
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to provide a great golf experience
  • Guest check in, sales and point of sale operation
  • Ensuring pace of play enforcement 
  • Golf Shop merchandising, displays and upkeep
  • Working effectively with team members in all departments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols

Driving Range Duties include:

  • Driving range set up and closing
  • Picking range balls, cleaning and stocking ball dispenser
  • Driving range turf maintenance
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the range/staff areas
  • Providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned.
