James Seymour

PGA of Canada – Academy Director

James is a PGA of Canada professional with over a decade of industry experience. A former member of the Wilfrid Laurier University golf team, he spent multiple years competing on the PGA Tour Canada. Currently, James competes in PGA of Ontario and PGA of Canada events, where he has established himself as one of the top players on the circuit.

In 2024, James became the Owner/Operator of Kirby Links Golf Course, where he is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for both beginners and avid golfers. He has also established a growing golf academy, focused on helping players of all skill levels improve their game. James is inspired to continually grow the business and enhance the golf community at Kirby Links.

James leverages his extensive experience and keen observational skills to provide personalized coaching, helping golfers of all levels overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Brady Futterer

Assistant Academy Director/ Lead Instructor

Brady is a certified golf instructor through the Canadian Golf Teachers Federation and is actively pursuing his PGA of Canada status. With over five years of teaching experience, Brady serves as the lead instructor at Kirby Links, working with golfers of all ages and abilities. His expertise spans junior camps, competitive junior leagues, adult leagues, clinics, and private lessons.
Brady has successfully coached players to victories in competitive events across Ontario, showcasing his ability to develop skilled and confident golfers.

Brady, a former collegiate golfer in both the United States and Canada, has gained extensive experience through years of training, competing, caddying, and coaching, giving him a deep understanding of the golf swing and the game’s intricacies. Passionate about golf, he is committed to sharing his expertise and helping players of all skill levels achieve their full potential.

Gianfranco Guida

Teaching Professional

A Maple, Ontario native, Gianfranco competed as an amateur on the provincial, national, and international levels and later at the varsity level for The Western Mustangs before turning professional in 2013. He began teaching in Melbourne, Australia, before focusing on a competitive career in Arizona and across the GTA. Gianfranco has taught all while being competitive on numerous professional tours in different countries. His clients range from professional golfers to weekend warriors to beginners who have never touched a club before. Gianfranco prides himself on his knowledge of the swing and the game with strong attention to detail.

PGA of Canada Class “A” Professional Coach Developing Elite Players Keith has over 25 years of experience coaching competitive golfers, as well as recreational golfers of all ages. Keith’s coaching strength lies in his ability to communicate with high-performance athletes and align their aspirations with a clear and focused game plan. His expertise covers the building blocks of golf, including mechanics, fitness, equipment, and game management.
